At present, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

🚫 Delays in Delivery
Homeelaglow is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
🏠 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address or customer not available, the customer may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-shipping.
📦 Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the package and product.
❌ Cancellation of Shipped Orders
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

🔁 Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product is damaged
The product is defective
The product is wrong or different from what was ordered
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Products returned without original packaging
Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
Any product marked as non-returnable on the product page
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
The refund will be made to your original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after you provide your details.
🚚 Return Pickup / Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will arrange the return pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference, the customer may need to bear the return shipping cost.
